Default 16 weeks and bleeding old blood

i just reaad some responses to a similar topic. A week before xmas i was bleeding and cramping and went to the hospital, and had an us the next day and the baby was fine, i had a little tear under my placenta which caused the bleed. Well this morning i woke up and went to the toilet and after wipping maself there was old blood on the toilet paper. i rang the hospital and they said unless i was cramping and it became bright red blood it was not overly nothing to worry about. Being only 16 weeks, i can sometimes feel the baby kick but have not this morning. but that can be normal i pressume. been a long time for me when i was last pregnant. i am guessing from the replies i red to the other one, is not to worry unless it does get crampy and bright red blood. i cant help but be worried here. i want this baby so much, and its going to be ma last as im having ma tubes tied.
please help reassure me

No advice, as I haven't had this happen, but if you have any concerns, I wouldn't hesitate to go in and get checked out, much easier to go and get checked out then continually worry that all is okay!

When in doubt...

I had very bad, and bright red, bleeding at 14 weeks and have an almost 5 yo healthy daughter today. Hope that eases your mind a bit.

That could be the yuckies left over from the placenta tear a few weeks ago... I am one to call the doctor and have it checked out just to be sure, so I can really relax and have a piece of mind....
