Default Crazy high heels during pregnancy

Jessica Simpson was wearing them, and Snooki recently tripped on hers.
I'm short (5ft 2") so I'd like to hang on to my high heels as long as I can but I have a feeling that pretty soon I have to go buy some sensible shoes.

See, I'm the opposite...I'm only 5'1", but I rarely wear heals and pretty much did not wear them at all during pregnancy. Well, with my 1st I wore them until the day I was standing in line to get food at a mommies-to-be luncheon and my butt started feeling numb.....
