You probably can use your trampoline if you don't have any complications, but of course ask your doc first. I had read that gentle exercise is best and was nauseous in the first tri so I switched from jogging to walking for a while. The jogging got to be too much on my body so now thankfully I am swimming (ahhh- it feels so good). I also have been doing pilates my whole pregnancy- in the first tri I just used my regular videos, then I bought two really good ones. "10 minute solutions prenatal pilates" and "Pilates during pregnancy". The second one is a really good workout. I was also a dancer so once a week I do a ballet workout and LOTS of stretching. Exercise has helped me SO much during pregnancy that I highly recommend it. It has helped me physically feel better, sleep better, helped with nausea, kept me in shape- I could go on and on. You also can exercise lying on your back if it is on an incline- my videos have you use blankets and pillows- they just don't want you flat on your back for more than 5 mins. or so. Does your pilates machine have an incline? I also have been subscribing to "Fit Pregnancy" since I was ttc- I highly recommend that as well. Their website is really good too. Feel free to PM me with any questions/concerns.

When I was pregnant I used to do exercises in the pool and I felt great, it helped a lot to deliver with no pain.

This is my first pregnancy, and I want to be active and healthy, and exercise, but I'm just lacking the motivation. I've been getting super dizzy lately, and it really prevents me from doing too much, other than going to work and coming home.
