  • I can't stand to chew Tums, so I'm stuck with no relief yet. Luckily, though, it's not been unbearable...yet!

  • This is going to sound strange, but I read in my pregnancy magazine during my pregnancy with Logan that chewing cinnamon gum helps heartburn. I tried it and either it was a coincidence everytime or it actually DID work. I forget why it helps, but something to do with the saliva and reducing acid.
