Unhappy HELP! Bit by a tick!!!

I found a tick on the back of my neck and pulled it off. It was small and still walking around afterwards, but I have this red bump where it was! I'm not sure what to do now. I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and put some antibiotic ointment on it for now. My OB is closed so I can't call until tomorrow. I hope I don't get an infection or Lyme

Has anyone had this happen to them while pregnant? What should I do? Or am I just being paranoid? I don't want anything to happen to my baby girl.

Yikes-that *can* be scary. Just keep an eye on it. There's only a small likelihood of Lyme disease. Have you noticed anything around that area? Does it look like it's healing well?

It looks like a tiny speck now. No redness or rash. I think the ointment helped a lot. So gross! I hate ticks. I have no clue where it came from. Hopefully it had just bit me when I noticed it. I have so many things to worry about, I don't want to have to worry about this too now.
