Congrats!! Carrying on with your daily routine shouldnt be a problem during pregnancy but it all depends on the person and pregnancy, talk to your dr, they can tell you more.
I had my first at 19 years old and I was working in daycare at the time carrying kids around all day and it was never an issue for me until I was too big to carry them lol

Congratulations! I'm also 22 expecting my first child. We found out around Christmastime.
I think the vacuuming should be okay, but like everyone else said, I would talk to you doctor just in case.
