Smile need help

I can't say the exact day we had sex but its always unprotected and 3-4 days out of every week. A week before my period my appetite decreased! I couldn't eat as much as usual. I've also been a little moody. My period was kind of light for 3 days! Now the last few days I've been getting sleepy a lot earlier and feeling nauseated every day. It was really bad last Friday that I had to leave work. My next period isn't expected until November 17, 2012. Could I be pregnant?
