Publishing Syndicate wants your stories for several new book titles, including: Not Your Mother's Book...On Being a Mom, Not Your Mother's Book...On Moms-to-Be, and Not Your Mother's Book...On Family.

On Being a Mom: "While we’re looking for stories about the side of motherhood most of us have experienced or seen first hand, we would love to read stories about the side that most of us don’t talk about because it’s too embarrassing or silly! No need to explain: you know what we’re talking about. Now write about it!"

On Moms-to-Be: "You only have nine months to prepare to become the perfect mother, and all the time in the world once your baby arrives to test out your notions. So what do you have to worry about? A lot. The stories in this book will be about that preparation, angst, joy, morning sickness and antsy husbands and partners, everything important leading up to that special day." (Stories from dads and adoption stories welcome, too!)

On Family: "Who doesn’t have a slew of great stories to share when it comes to their family? From funny family stories handed down through the generations to more current happenings that will one day turn into family legend, we want to hear them all. No holds barred."
