Question Pregnant 4th time around

Hello! I could really use some help and input. I have had 3 successful pregnancies. Each one the dr was concerned that it might be twins (I get really big). But here is my concern. Seeing as how I know what it feels like to be pregnant, I can say with all confidence that I think it is twins this time. I have read a LOT of articles on twin pregnancies but have yet to see this question posed. So, please, mothers of multiple children that have had twins, please answer. Does your stomach feel like it's constantly having "growing pains"? This is how I feel. It's not like the norm in my opinion when it's just 1. I feel like my stomach is growing at an alarming rate. I'm only 3 wks and I can fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans. I still have weight on me from my previous pregnancy and my stomach is already round, not "saggy". This seems rather early, even for me. Twins run on both sides of my family. Though there haven't been any since my 3rd cousins. My 1st appt is almost a month away. I can't decide if I want it to be twins or not. Any help or info you can give will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Morning sickness was worse when I was pregnant with twins. Spotting was also very common. And I gained more weight during my twin pregnancy. Labor also came early.

Congrats on your pregnancy. I am pregnant with twins and I'm really excited. I have gained a lot of weight comparing to my previous pregnancies. My bump is very big and I have swelling in my legs.
