Default Small uterus???

I just had my very first appoint. yesterday and the midwife told me that I have a smaller uterus. She said that it may be smaller because I maybe I am not as far along as I thought (8 weeks). I don't think I got this wrong- and now I am concerned this may mean something else.

Has anyone else had this diagnoses in their first trimester?
Thanks!

I'm sorry I've not heard of this before. I would think they would use the measurement from an u/s of the fetus to determine how far along you are. Have you had the u/s for that yet?

nope, I haven't had any u/s yet, but they did schedule one for me next week. I hope everything is o.k.
