    I know someone who took the time to do this and didn't tear at all. (The Pelvic muscle bit is Well worth a look too)

  • I heard the same thing about the massage, but have not done it myself, I can hardly remember to do those Kegels! But I did hear that it helps.

    I have heard that and do plan on trying it this time. I had an episiotomy last time and it had some awful scar tissue that had to be "fixed" 5 months later. I am so hoping to avoid one this time.

  • I have to say that an episiodomy is up there with my biggest fears of labor...I'll be doing anything I can to lower the odds!
