  • i actually get cold when pregnant so i welcome the summer!

    it gets really hot and humid here, though, so i spend a lot of time in shopping centers (for the AC and occasional ice cream!) i actually worry more about typhoons closer to my due date...

  • I actually had to resort to ice bags on each foot and elevating them OFTEN to reduce the swelling. Ice really helps!

  • I am so lucky that at work (in a school without air conditioning) they are letting the pregnant women take turns signing out the library so we can have some time in the air conditioning during the really hot days.

  • I was just thinking that those small water bottles with spray misters and the battery powered fans on them would be good when pg!

  • also sitting with ice on the soles of your feet help to always try to keep a cool rag on the back of your neck or make a neck wrap with those gels that swell up in water and feeze it then when your hot you have a frozen neck wrap here is the site for the neck bandoo
