when you decorate the nursery...

  • do you decorate for the newborn and only for them in mind? or do you decorate with them in mind so they can grow with the room?

    Do you plan on changing the room once they become toddlers to something less 'baby'?

    What is your idea?

    It seems to me that it's a pretty big waste to decorate up a nursery. The first 3 months, they don't even sleep in their own room (usually) -- then, they start becoming their own people and by the age of 1 1/2, they have likes and dislikes and would enjoy rooms in a more sophisticated theme (like disney princesses for instance).
