  • You should check with your doctor about a healthy/safe activity level for you and about a good nutriational plan for your next 20 weeks. Congrats on your weight loss and your pregnancy.

  • Dnt stress to much about it! Every body is different. I gained 60 lbs with my first one. Started out at 180 and went to 240. I'm 5 7". I dropped 40 lbs in the first month and a half. Breastfeeding helps! Now I'm pregnant again and have only gained 1 pound in 15 week (started at 189). I'm really watching what I eat and drink and trying to only gain the recommended 15-25lbs. If you are super worried about it talk to your doc about changing your eating habits and implementing an exercise routine.
I try to stick with a high protien low carb meal plan. But I splurge on chick fil a! Mmmmm
