  • Hi there, It's a universal struggle after giving birth . I am also struggling. I have put on 25 Kgs and the average is 10-15. now it's been almost 2 years I am trying my best, eating healthy, have control on my portion size, have quit all fizzy drinks and doing exercise almost 5 days a week for 1 hour. After all that I have been able to lose just 15 Kgs and 10 more to go. If nothing is working for you, you can also try to take help of some nutritionist.
