This is my first pregnancy and was 115 before pregnancy and am 119 at 13 weeks So I've gained 4 pounds already. I think the eating for 2 thing is getting me too. I exercise about 4 days a week but the eating at night thing is a struggle cause that's when I over eat. Any suggestion?

You should all feel tiny! I gained 100 pounds when I had my wee one. I was HUGE! I never did fully recover but I had a healthy baby girl 10 years ago today and I wouldn't change a thing - even if I am still 20 pounds overweight. Be healthy and enjoy your pregnancy, do not stress baout a pound or two over or under - they are just averages and recommendations - every woman's body is different.
