 Slumdog Millionaire movie
After being blown away by Q & A by Vikas Swarup, I decided to watch the movie. Ugh. It may be a good movie in its own right, but the story is COMPLETELY different. I was so disappointed to see the trumped-up love story (the character of Latika doesn't exist in the book) and all the other changes.
I normally expect to be disappointed by film adaptations of books I love, but this one is worse than average, because so little of the original exists in the film.
