Additionally, any member of Baby Corner who knowingly allows a registered convicted sex offender to access Baby Corner’s member using their username and password will be immediately banned from using and accessing thebabycorner.com website without warning or notice. Additionally any Baby Corner registered member who has the knowledge that a sex offender has visited thebabycorner.com, and has viewed unauthorized areas of the website agrees to immediately report to Baby Corner the information of the person who is a registered sex offender or has knowingly allowed a sex offender to access this website. All members also agree to safeguard their usernames and passwords to prevent any unauthorized persons from accessing thebabycorner.com website.

Miscellaneous

This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this agreement or the site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
