We've used it all. My favorite way to dispense medication to my toddler is via the syringe because I know he gets all the medication. It seems with the little cup or the medication "tube" like thing that there is always quite a bit left in it and my son has to tip his head WAY back and he still doesn't get the leftover medication.

How about making a type of syringe-like dispenser that is easy to clean? That would be a feat!
