Question Another IUD Question

So after you get your IUD removed, did anyone's cycle start right after?

I figured maybe its possible because your body isn't getting that hormone that the IUD was putting out, but then I heard it could take 4-6wks for your peroid to resume.

But I had mine taken out last Friday and Sunday its like my peroid started. So should I count this as a "real" cycle so I can start getting ready for ovulation?!?

Thanks Gals!

Consider it the start, but understand that things could be wacky! Mine certainly was! I kept watching for fertility signs and never got any! I did ovulate though and we conceived without "trying". I was getting pretty upset with the whole thing and was going to wait a week or two and go into my OB and see if they could rejump my system with provera! Didn't need to as the morning sickness kicked in first
I didn't think I could be pg as I had been paying close attention and had no signs of ovulation.

Hang in there and I hope you catch the egg without "trying" as well!
