Default Anxiety Pains

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting!
i ovulated on nov 7th, pretty sure it was then because i get ovulation pain. A week later 14th Nov i got what felt exactly like ovulation on the opposite side. I have had very tender breasts and tingling and pain in my stomach (not on one side though) and lower back pain, which i dont usually get before AF. I'm also experiencing period-like cramps and keep wanting to pee. Has anyone had the same experience? Sick of anxiety!
