We lost the baby. It was heartbreaking to hear that; apparently it was actually over by the time I started bleeding, my hcg count on Wednesday was already below 5. I never expected this, I thought once I was pregnant everything would be alright. Anyway.. We plan on trying again starting next month, letting my body have a break first, as suggested by the doctor. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers, they really helped me get through a tough week.

I am so deeply sorry. Having lost 3 babies myself I can honestly say I know how you feel. There is a wonderful group of women over at the PG and Infant loss board who are going through or have gone through the same thing. They have helped me through the most painful times in my life. When you are ready they are there to listen. Please allow yourself to grieve and give yourself time to heal. From the moment you found out you were pg you loved that baby, you are allowed to grieve just as you would had you lost another loved member of your family, it is important that you give yourself permission to do that.

Again I am so sorry. This is something that no woman should ever have to go through, but just know you are not alone.

I agree with Valleygirl let yourself greive and make sure you are ready emotionaly. there is also a ttc after a loss board the ladies there are a big help to. I also lost our first baby, i only knew for 4 day when i lost it and it was just as hard as losing another member of our family.

take care of your self and your DH. and know we are here for you if you need to talk.
