Default The best vitamins

So we've been trying for awhile and I have done lots of reading and in my reading they say when you are trying you should take prenatal vitamins( plus a coworker told me the same thing). So I was taking the Materna prenatal vitamins and now I am just taking Folic Acid vitamins by Jamieson or something like that. What is the best kind to take? Should I go back to the Materna brand?

Most prenatal vitamins should have folic acid in them. I would go with those so you are getting a variety of nutrients. Check teh ingrediants. I think they are supposed to have 400 mcg of Folic Acid. The ones I take have 800.
