  • Well, the cutting is all done now. It was psychologically scarring but I made it through.
First off I was pi$$ed because they moved my appt from 1:15 to 12:15, and at 1:45 I was STILL sitting in the waiting room, running in the bathroom every 5 minutes to reapply the nasty numbing crap which by the way didn't work AT ALL. I finally complained and within 5 mins I was called back and the doc was in there (I've never complained all through both my pregnancies but I'd had enough and it's alllllways a huge wait).
I totally felt the shot and was crying, not because of the pain but the whole thing was so upsetting! I heard the snip snipping too. Then they show you this teensy piece of flesh they took and you feel like a complete idiot!

Anyway, new plan for ttc this month. The doc said no sex for 2 weeks... and I'll definitely ovulate within the next 2 weeks. So... I'm going for the IUI and hoping for the best. We'll have to see how I feel then, but so far I plan on listening to her... we'll see though.
