Like the ladies said, I doubt its from a pregnancy, but maybe you will be pleasantly suprised!!

Short term fix is to use Listerine or another type of mouthwash and brush your gums VERY GENTLY. I have to use the lightest touch to keep from causing additional trauma to my gums. After a few days of light brushing, the tenderness and bleeding should subside.

Hope they're better soon!

Hmmmm.... I would think this would be a different issue than PG. The gums issue is a combination of increased blood flow and hormones when PG -- I get it and it would be too early for that in your case.
