Default Could I be pregnant?

My fiancÚ and I have been trying to get pregnant since June, with no luck. Today as I'm sitting at work I started to have massive abdominal cramping along with back pain. And to top it off I'm spotting old blood. My period isn't due for another 6 days. This would be my first pregnancy and I'm still new to all this. Do any of you have any advice? I would really appreciate any/all advice. Thank You.
