  • hi all

this is my first post! i am 26 and my husband 32. he releases inside me when only 1/2 inch of his penis is inside. Is this normal? will this affect concieving?

We have tried this in synch with my ovulation cycles for two months and havent been sucessfull and are therefore a bit worried.

    thanks in advance

  • I don't know if it's normal, but it shouldn't make a huge difference. If you really worried you can try the pillow under your bum thing. I know it's hard to hear, but most healthy normal people can easily take 4-8 months to get pg even with perfect timing. Try to be patient, it will likely happen soon.

It's more uncommon to conceive right away than is it for it to take several months.

Keep at it and I'm sure you'll get that BFP soon!

  • Not to be nosy, but if you're truly TTC, why doesn't he release when he is fully inside you? Is it a timing issue or is he nervous about TTC? I also think it helps to have the big "O" before he does to get your uterus contracting and pull everything up inside. It worked for us. Good luck.
