Default A few questions

Hey ladies!
I've been charting for a while, but have recently decided to do more than just chart. There are just a few questions I have.
How do you take soy? Where do you buy it, and what form (powder, pills, ect) does it come in? Is it safe to take with other meds?
How do you use the instead cups? I'm guessing it's to keep the

inside longer, but I'm not sure...
Has anyone used or heard of Ovulex, Fertile XX, or Fertile XY? Are they worth trying?
Also if you have any other information on any treatments I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks girls!

Hi there, I just saw your post and hope I'm not too late to reply.

I'm guessing that you're thinking of taking soya because it has natural oestrogens in it? Do you have an oestrogen problem? If you do then I'm guessing that your Dr has recommended you take it. I wouldn't recommend taking extra soya or soya supplements unless it's been recommended by a health practitioner.

We don't have the instead cups over here, so I can't help you there, but I've heard of women wearing their non-spermicidal cap after sex for the same purpose - I can't find any information to suggest it helps.

In terms of Ovulex, Fertile XX, or Fertile XY - they're all fertility blends of herbs and/or vitamins/minerals. I know that there are a few success stories from taking supplements, but often the tablets are taken with other subtle life changes.

I guess the golden rule is ask your Dr, if he/she has no objections then go for it!

Good luck
