Default green tea, do or don't?

My mother in law turned me onto a new lipton citrus flavored green tea yesterday. I HATE tea generally, but this stuff is great!

So I decided to look up green tea and how it related to pregnancy. Several articles I read said that green tea could improve fertility, but at the same time, other articles mentioned that it can hinder the bodies ability to absord folic acid. So now I don't know if I should or should not drink it...possibly drink it up to Oing and then waiting to drink more till after the 2 WW? I am on a prenatal vitamin right now. Of course the articles mentioned limiting, but not totally cutting out green tea. Any takes on this?

Ive heard that green tea is great for improving cervical mucus so maybe drinking before O is a good compromise. Or perhaps just double your folic acid per day. Good luck to you, I cant stand the taste of green tea

and if I do drink it I down it like medicine!

Sounds good...but this stuff really doesn't taste like green tea. It's more like a sprite with a less harsh taste and no carbonation. I mean you can ask anyone, I've hated tea since I was a little kid. The only way my mother in law got me to try it was by telling me it helps with weight loss.

Maybe I will have to give it a try. Another thing that helps with weightloss, but doesn't have the caffeine is just to add a slice of lemon or some lemon juice to hot water...helps clear out your system!
