I'm so sorry Susanne. I do think your lp should be much longer and the progesterone should help, its weird that he won't prescribe it. I hope your endo isn't back I know how painful it is. I was with the doctor last week with a kidney infection and complaining about cramps, heavy AF, pain during sex and he looked at me like I was stupid and said it sounds like the endo is back...I couldn't believe that I hadn't even thought of it. I'm so out of the whole ttc'ing thing that I didn't put all the symptoms together. Now I have to go and get it sorted...ah well.... sorry for taking over your post with my moans....

I hope your doc gets back to you and you can get this resolved and like Amy said this really was your first proper IUI when everything was in working order. I pray that you get your blessing very very soon.

I'm so sorry Suzanne. I definitely agree with what Glinda said about the LP defect -- 8 days is too short.

I'm so sorry. I know those words never seem like enough. I agree with all of the other ladies, progesterone doen't hurt. I don't see why your dr. wouldn't want to prescribe this. I've been taking progesterone since 2000. Take Care!

Hon, I'm sending you a hand grenade in the post, go into your Dr's office and say "gimme the progesterone or I pull the pin!"

We put our trust in these Drs and they treat us just like just another statistic on their books.
It makes me so mad that we get treated like this Susanne, and makes me even madder that you paid all that money too. Grrrrrrrrr

I'm glad that youre feeling a little happier today, and that you're taking the bull by the horns too (Did I just call Dr H a bull!!???

Love ya hon - heaps and wadges
