Default How would you chart it?

I used FF to chart.I only do Cm and opk.I am not doing the bbt.On my cycle ending June and beining of july I had 6 days of + on my opk which was the cycle I didn't ovulate. So my question is how would you chart that?Would you just put -opk the entire cycle or what? I want an accurate picture of my cycles.Any suggestions would be great! New to it and want to get the best out of it .
Thanks Ladies!

I'm exhausted, so I can't remember. Please forgive me! How do you know you didn't ovulate again? Was the OPK as easy one to see positive? They can be tricky! I'm wondering if they weren't totally positive, but showing some hormone of your body trying to get worked up, but not enough to ovulate? If so, then I'd put - test results.

It's ok! I had my progesterone tested on day 21 and it was 5.45 the lab considered 5.35 ovulation.I had it tested again this cycle 8/1 and it was 17 so my doctor and I assumed I didn't ovulate due to an unforeseen family catastrophe. So what I did with my chart is just opt that cycle out.I didn't delete it I just didn't have it considered. The opk tests were positive! There was no question, but I just didn't release.I hope I made sense and not just confused everyone including myself.
Thanks again

Extreme stress can wreck havoc on your cycle! Its possible that you were going to ovulate (that's what the hormone serge shows you. Its like the trigger) but yet you didn't ovulate or your progesterone was off from the stress so you couldn't sustain a pg even if one tried. I think either scenario is possible.

Did AF show up early? Like a lot early? That would show a Progesterone deficiency (very common), but the stress you've been under could have done anything to your cycle!

I hope you are feeling better and things have calmed down. I hope you have a great cycle this month with a

at the end!

That cycle I didn't start early,it was a normal 30 day cycle for me.This cycle however I started 2 days early even after my progesterone was at 17! I would have bet money on a BFP but got AF for a nice birthday gift instead.I had no AF symptoms either,I had 3 drops of blood 4 days earlier like implantation something I never experienced before. It was a rough birthday for me...but I get to try again this cycle! YIPPY Thanks for the advice!
