Default I am so excited!

And I am so nervous!

After all the BS going on with me lately, a little good news.

I was approved for the Lasik surgery on my eyes. Friday morning at 10am I will be able to see again. I will wake up Saturday morning, open my eyes, and be able to see my alarm clock clearly (12 inches away).

I know it'll be great, but I hate people messing around with my eyes. Even having them put eye drops in my eyes at today's appointment was hard for me.

Ya know?

But woohoo! I have to thank my DH so much tonight. He is the one making the money in this house and he is the one allowing me to spend money on such a "frivolous" thing. Ya know? I've wanted this done for years, and now it will be.

As soon as this is paid off I'll have to go buy him that 42" flat screen he wants.

$1500 per eye. That is for a lifetime guarantee. It means that if my eyesight deteriorates during my lifetime, they will redo the lasik procedure for free. (As long as it is still safe for my eyes.) That includes everything. The surgery and all the follow up appointments. Today's appointment just to see if I qualified was free.

I will let you know how it goes! Oh, and they had 0% financing for 18 months, and they qualified me with zero income.
