Default internal u/s and m/c??? (pg ment)

Has anyone ever heard of an internal u/s causing a miscarriage? When I went for my first one, they did an internal, and never said anything about there being issues with it, but now I'm starting to freak out a little. (My u/s was last week, so I'm sure it's fine, but since we TTC for 16 months, anything freaks me out). Anyway, hopefully you guys can set me straight. Usually somebody finds a good link or something. Thanks, as always. And PS I miss you guys a LOT!!!

First I would like to say congrats on your pregnancy!! As far as the internal U/S I have never herd of them causing miscarriages. The ultrasounds are very safe so you should not woryy. ( I know easier said then done!) the second time I was pg I had an internal U/S at 7 weeks that showed a baby that was 6w 6d. Well..... I had bleeding before I went for it. Unfortunately I lost that baby but only becauee there was something wrong with the baby not the U/s. With my third pregnancy I had an U/S at 7 weeks and it showed all was fine. At that point I didn't have any bleeding so it all went well. Good luck to you!!!

i was having spotting when i first found out i was PG with my DS and they did one at the hospital and already having 1 miscarriage i asked befor i let them do it and they said it should not cause any problams and i had 2 more after that at the DR and i now have a alomst 3 year old monster running around. so i wouldn't worry to much about it.

Congrats on the PG and relax and try and enjoy it.

i wouldn't worry. i had an internal about 3 weeks ago. i had a little spotting afterward but i also had a pap so i bet that's what it was. after you see the heartbeat m/c goes down to about 5% chance. congrats!
