  • Hi! I'm Kelly (32) and my DH is Matt (36). We were married on Oct 12, 2002. We've been TTC #1 since July 03. I got PG in Sept (cycle #3) which resulted in m/c at 9w0d. My d&c was 11/6. We're waiting out this cycle and one more so that we don't have to stress about TTC over the holidays, then we're going to try again in Jan.

We have 4 kitties - all girls - Zoe, Phoebe, Suki, and Sammy. I had 2 and DH had 2 and when we got married, we became the brady bunch, so to speak.

    to all!

  • Hi I'm Christine, just turned 33, my DH is Michael who's 31. We started TTC in October of 2002 and absolutely nothing has happened yet, apart from me getting really sad each time AF shows up. About 2 weeks ago I went to the doctor and got blood tests, and will get results this week. Michael will get his SA done over the Christmas break when his exams are over (he is a grad student). That way he can be more emotionally prepared if there is any bad news.

I've always wanted kids, and even before we started TTC I found it hard knowing that most of my friends were already having kids. So now that we've been trying for a while I find it hard not to get really stressed out and sad about it. I'm adopted, and have always planned to adopt at least one child as well as having a couple of my own. However that is not financially possible right now, since I don't think I could handle having a special needs child (at least not at this point in my life) so I continue to wait...

I'm a high school teacher, I'm originally from Sheffield, England but now in Burnaby BC.

Update (May 2004): after all our tests have been done the doctors have found nothing wrong. I'm going for a laparoscopy to see whether I have endometriosis.

  • Hi everyone!
I'm Heather (27) and my dh is Mike (28). We got married on August 1, 1999, but we've been together since high school. We're ttc #1 I was on bcp for 7 years and the last year I tried the patch (didn't like it, when it's time to use bc again I'm going back on the pill). I stopped using the patch in Sept 03. This is cycle #2 and my first cycle charting. We have a hyper 4 year old German Shepard/Husky mix named Anna, a siamese cat named Sinatra, and 5 aquariums with all kinds of fish. I manage a restaurant

Hi, my name is Jeanne (28) and I married Mike (30) in April, 2001. I'm an elementaty school teacher at a city school. I love it! We also have a cat, Bella.

We've been TTC since March of 2003. My regular obgyn was less than helpful. Since then, we've gotten some possibly bad news about DH's motility. Also, I have been put on BCP's several times for irregular bleeding, but the longer I'm off of them, the more irregular my periods become. We have an appointment with the specialist this week.
We are also very much considering adoption. Our county has a great need for parents, even for infants, so we are investigating that route as we continue our ttc journey.
