Post A little confused

I had a M/C back in jan but parts of the tissue was stuck so i was bleeding for 4 months it was bad then my levels never went down so the 3rd of this month they did the DNC thank god but im confused as when i am suppose to start AF the doctor was really nice about everything and gave me the go ahead on trying again even know some people wait 3 months not me i been waiting just for the bleeding to stop So can i get pregnant after a d/C or i cant till i have a normal period

First, I'm sorry to hear about your M/C and the troubles you had afterwards.

Second, I don't know much about these things, but I would imagine that as long as you got the go ahead to try again and you Ovulated, then you'd be able to get pregnant.

BUT, some of the other ladies might know a little bit better than I do about these things and may be able to give you some better (and more accurate!) information!

So sorry to hear about your m/c.
When I had my first m/c the dr told me to wait until I had one regular period before trying to conceive again. We unexpectedly got PG again right away and I suffered a second m/c. My dr said my body probably rejected the pgncy due to having a m/c the previous month. (As if my body were confused.
 
)
I'm sure everyones dr will have different advice, so maybe talk to yours just to be sure.

thanks my level is still at 5 smae as it was a couple weeks i dont know when it will go back to 0 or if i caould even get pregnant when its at 5 im lost and i guess maybe i will just try next month or when i have a normal period again cause i still have not got on a set cycle

It's not uncommon for there to be very low levels of hCG in your system (under 5) after a M/C, but I agree with Sheri, it's usual to wait for at least one period before TTC again.
