Talking New Here...

Hi there!!

Just wanted to introduce myself as I'm new here. Here's a little history on us..
DH and I have been TTC #1 for over a year. We've done some blood tests, I've had an ultrasound, and DH has done an SA. Everything, so far, has checked out ok. I've been temping and charting the last few months religiously, and I just recently bought a Fertility Monitor, which I will start using my next cycle. We will have an appointment booked with a fertilily specialist soon. We're on their waiting list. We should get in around June / July.
I'd love to hear from people in the same situation.

I am sorry to hear it is taking a bit longer ttc than I am sure you had imagined.

Over the last 6 years this board has at times been my out. The support here that I received will never be forgotten. I hope it does the very same to you.

Good luck with your monitor. I never did buy one, but know a few here love theirs.

Welcome again.

to our humble board!

Through this board over the years I have made some good friends and some best friends (Susanne
), and the support in the early days was second to none. There's not a procedure you could do that someone here hasn't done and that was truly reassuring to me.

I used a fertility monitor for about 6 months and it was really useful to give me an insight into my cycle. The important thing for me however, was to only use it for this purpose, as it can make you rather obsessive!!! It acted like a loud-haler for my biological clock and after 6 months that became unhealthy!!

I hope your stay here is short but very sweet.

I'm so sorry you are dealing with infertility.

My DH's SA wasn't so good so that is why we haven't been able to conceive.

I hope your dreams come true soon.
