Default Now how do I do this?

This is my first month doing the OPK's, I got my first + OPK yesterday. I BD'd last night, now how many days after that should I BD?

Well once you get your +opk (Lh surge) you should ovulate 12-36 hours later! I bd up to two days after my +opk!

The sperm ideally need to be waiting in the fallopian tubes for her arrival!! Sperm can live for anything up to 7 days in fertile mucus, but your egg will only survive for 24-48 hours before it dies.
