  • I got a positve O test on Saturday, and the instructions say that ovulation usually occurs within 36 hours of the positive. Now I'm trying to figure out how many DPO's I am - do I count Saturday as my O day, or Sunday?

  • OPKs can't tell you when you have o'd - only that you're probably about to. The only way you can pinpoint the day of O is by charting your temperature (well, you can do it with ultrasounds too of course, but most of us don't have one of those at home...)

  • i would say Monday makes you 1 DPO

you can ovulate as early as just a few hours after getting a positive opk till as long as 48 hours away.

so for sanity sake call today ovulation day
have sex again today and tomorrow to be sure. and call tomorrow 1 dpo

    Good Luck
