Cool Robutousin (sp?) to increase CM question

Can any one give me some info on this. I have not been notcing CM much at all and remembered a post a while back about taking robutousion i think to increase it.
and i am thinking about maybe trying it next cycle if this one don't get + results. How much do you take and when? just close to O day or or a few days after. i am charting and plan on buying FF for my next cycle to but i don't know how long i can justify paying to chart or if i should just get out the good old graph paper.
Thanks ladies for any info you can give me, I know i sould contact the DR before taking any thing but we live in a small town and don't want anyne knowing we are even trying.
Thanks again

When I did it, I took it as directed for about two days before O and a few days after. It DID help the cm. We later found out I'm not the problem though so I have stropped. I may start up again after infertility docs etc.

I took Robitussin for several days prior to O. I took four doses a day and drank LOTS of water. It really does work so it's definately worth trying. As far as charting, I'd go with the graph paper route. It you have the Taking Charge of Your Fertility book, there are great charts to photocopy in there. I've never used Fertility Friend, but I wouldn't spend money to chart when I can do it on a piece of paper.
