Default side effects of supplemental hcg?

I've done the supplemental hcg shots before (they're 1/4 of a trigger shot) and last night was my first one for this cycle. I've never had any problems except feeling pregnant since this is actually the pregnancy hormone.

Today I feel like crap! I was so tired this morning and I was laying on the couch most of the morning, then took a 2 hour nap this afternoon. My tummy feels kind of queasy but I wouldn't say I'm nauseated. I know it's wayyyyyy to early to be pregnancy symptoms (I'm about 3dpo only) but I just wondered if this was normal or if I'm getting the flu or something.
