Default Strange question about OPTs?

Ok so I took a OPT on Friday night and it came out positive...

So hubby and I DTD again on Saturday twice (TMI i'm sure) but today I took another OPT (no clue why.. .I had the urge) and its still positive! What the heck? Does your LH surge stay with you if you are pregnant or can you have an LH surge last this long? I mean on the test it says it takes about 24 hours to ovulate.

i think the surge lasts for at least 24-48 hours so i'm sure that the second test was right!

I think the surge is only about 24 hrs. It drops after the surge whether you pg or not. Are you taking any meds? Clomid can give a false + on an OPT. Or you may just have naturally higher levels of LH causing a + result before your actual surge. I'd try temping with OPK's and seeing how they relate. Reguardless, your timing seems good. So hope it all works out. Good Luck!
