Default It took me an hour

It took me an hour to get up enough nerve to give myself my first shot last night. It's this ridiculously small needle and it literally did not hurt at all (those hcg shots hurt though) but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. DH was no help-- he said there was no way he could even watch me do it, let alone do it for me.

But anyway, it's done. I actually had to pull out another vial of the meds and compare them to be sure that I actually gave myself the injection! I think that's because I held it in my hand so long that the meds warmed to room temp. It's giving the shot of cold mds that hurts like a b!tch.

I psyched myself up like that one time. I was almost hyperventilating. How long do you have to give yourself the shots? How many per day? Hopefully this is short lived and you will be on to exhaustion and morning sickness in no time!

Oh yes! I remember doing the HCG it took an hour or longer too. and I thought it would get easier the next time but it was harder each time because I knew how bad it would hurt!! Dh could not even be in the same room after he saw the needle! Lol
