Arrow Touchy question for some.....

I didn't really know where to put this so I figured I would ask you ladies.
I have been in a horrible "funk".I never want to go anywhere or do anything. On the chance that I do go out shopping or what not I'm ready to go home.I have been this HUGE bear hibernating lately. That is so not me.I'm the type of person that cant even sit and watch t.v.I always have to be moving.I get board easy.
I have noticed that I'm very moody too.I cry at that drop of a hat,and have to take naps in the afternoon.

I have to wait till Dec 2nd to see my gyn for my yearly so my answers wont be answered till then.
Is anybody else experiencing this? I don't know if it's from ttc or the m/c or what....but it sucks.
I don't even have a huge thrill on spending money!!!

It has me a little worried......

It sounds like a little depression or stress from something going on in your life quite possibly from infertilty. I would see about getting into see your regular doctor and just talk to them and see what you can do. You have lots of options and I competely know what you mean. That has been me lately. However I did buy a Christmas ornament yesterday that is a snowman with a sign that says "Our Little Angel" for the loss we had last month. It made me feel better.

I'm in major hibernate mode and can feel myself slipping too. I think a lot of it for me is the time of year combined with TTC. I'm trying to make an effort to exercise every day and get outside if it's not too cold but I know if it hangs on I won't wait to see my doc. I've gotten stuck in it before and I learned my lesson.

Hey girl,
As a clinician it sounds little you are experiencing depression or depressed mood. Depression can be situational or medical. You could be feeling this way because of hormonal changes from the TTC or the m/c. You could be feeling this way from the stress of TTC. There are several options that you can consider. I know you said that you dee your gyn Dec. 2nd but what about your primary doctor. You can go in a describe your symptoms. Sometimes they can prescribe a little something to be your levels back to normal and that is all you need. Some people just need someone to talk to. Someone to get it all out to. TTC is stressful. I have a blog that I write about it to get it all out. If I don't, I feel like I just want to wallow in self-pity. Not that is what you are doing, I am talking about that is what I do. I wish you luck.
