I recently just got done with AF on Saturday, 6/9/2012. My husband and I are trying to conceive. My husband and I had sex, and we used Pre-Seed while we did it on 6/10/2012. I noticed on 6/11/2012 that I had CM discharge & dark then to red spots. I've looked it up and and it says implantation bleeding. I, however took a pregnancy test but it came back negative. My question is, is it possible that I am pregnant and it's too early to detect on a pregnancy test. Please Help! I'm just really confused.

to The Baby Corner! The decision to start trying to conceive is a big one! YAY!

What day was the FIRST DAY of your period? How long do your periods usually last? How many days is it between the first day of one period to the first day of your next period? These numbers will help determine when you could conceieve. If you just finished your period on Saturday, it is VERY unlikely that you're ovulating yet so you would not have conceived yet. It is more likely that you'll conceive in the next week or so and then IF you'd see any kind of implantation bleeding, it would be around the time of your next period. In fact, I had implantation bleeding with my first pregnancy and mistook it FOR my period until it didn't last more than about an hour and was VERY different than a normal period.

I'd suggest picking up a copy of Toni Weschler's Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It really is the best resource for all things regarding TTC. You'll learn SO MUCH about how your body works and it'll give you the absolute best chance of conceiving.
