Omega 3 is great for TTC, it's vital for foetal development and is also supposed to help avoid Post Natal Depression!

Pre-natal vitamins are essential. At the bare minimum we all should at least take the recommended dose of Folic Acid. Officially speaking pre-natals should be started 3-4 months before you start TTC, or at the very least as soon as you start.

The best time to take vitamins is with, or just after a meal. This ensures you get the maximum benefit as the food helps your body to absorb them. The exception to this is the higher doses of calcium, these are reputed to be better if taken just before bed.

Hello Ladies, I am CD#7, I ordered some OPKs on line and some Preseed. I hope it all arrives before I need it this month. I want to start PingOAS OPK I think on CD#14 which is Monday Nov 3. and then see what happens. I Just started charting so I really don't have any prev. cycles to go by. Maybe POAS HPT around the 20th of Nov. It seems so far away. Good luck to everyone this cycle. Oh and I have been taking prenatal vitamins for about 6 months and 400mcg extra folic acid also I am taking evening primrose oil. My DH is also taking a multi with selenium, and flax oil.

That would be Halloween then, Thanks. How long do I keep testing? Just until I get a +? I'm so new at the OPK stuff.
