I wanted to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. I can not even begin to imagine finally getting pregnant and having to say goodbye so soon afterwords. I am sure it was very painful for you and your entire family.

I also have endometrosis. Many.. and I mean MANY doctors do not feel endometrosis is a cause of infertility. If your tubes are open, the endo is not on your ovaries, then many feel your chances are the same as someone who doesn't have endo. I personally don't buy that yet... because I haven't got pregnant with endo.

I think it's important to make sure with your doctor you have checked everything. Sperm penetration, sperm dna fragmentation, all hormone lvl's, progestrone in your lp, ect. Maybe make a check list so you and your new doctor can make sure something isn't missing regarding your struggle to get pregnant.

Wishing you all the luck in the world.

Hi! I also have endo and it took a while to get diagnosed because I had all the symptoms but many other symptoms that were not related like irregular cycles and other pains not related. After a lap confirmed the endo The doctors were still not sure what all the irregular cycles were about and then almost 5 years and , many hormone test’s later they found that I also had PCOS. Earlier this month After years of TTC with all my problems and my dh low sperm count I was finally able to get pregnant but unfortunately I had a miscarriage just a few weeks ago! I was told that I should get another lap in fact I was going to have one this month but it was canceled when I found out I was pg. I think you should get another one since you have not got pg since your D&C. There could be a problem with that and a lap would find that out! Also you may be a candidate for infertility meds since your not ovulating I would talk to a RE about that. Good luck and I hope it happens for you soon.
