I am curious to see if anyone has tried herbs and acupuncture? I've has some treatments off and on that did help me increase hormone levels, etc.

Does anyone have any insight?

I don't have any experiance in either but just wanted to wish you luck.
The only thing I have tried this time around is extra b complex and that did help with with my last pregnancy but sadly I miscarried but am sticking with the bcomplex

I did acupuncture for 2 cycles and on the 2nd cycle didn't ovulate at all (which I had been in all of the previous months). Don't know if one was related to the other but it freaked me out too much to continue. I have read a lot of research on acupunture and IVF working well together. Hope that helps some.
