4dpo symptoms are killer.. :/

I am 4dpo right now.
I've had cramping off & on all day, very dull but noticeable.
DH had a salad & the smell of it made me nauseous. Normally I'd be fine with it.
My nipples are sore!

Breasts are a bit tender but I did just recently have some shooting pain in them. While in the shower I had one pain through each one.
I had creamy lotion-like CM earlier, there was a lot of it.
Cervix felt wet & somewhere in between firm & soft. It's up high, I couldn't really feel much. Kept slipping & its location didn't help.
