I am SOOOOO sick and tired of my BIL living with us!!!!!!!!!!! UGH UGH UGH!!!

He gets the kids riled up and then expects them to STOP just like that and gets POed when they don't and then I have to be the one to deal with it bc I'm the parent (when dh is at work) and I'm am sick to death of it! I ahve told dh MANY times, but he doesn't see it liek I do since I'm home with them 24/7! BIl works, but 4-5 days a week then he has 3-4 days off and during those 3-4 days I wish for DEATH! It's the only cure (no, I dont' really, but I can't take him anymore!!!) And my favorite is when he tries to tell my kids (ds mainly) that if he doesn't eat all his dinner he's not gonna get snacks, etc... Ds HATES veggies, but we are working on it and he has gotten WAY better, so who is the UNCLE to tell MY kids the rules? I could KICK his ASS every time he makes a coment about my kids behavior!!!

Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about it bc there have been discussions in the past and obviously nothing has changed :angry: I just wanna SCREEEEEAM!!!!!

I say bump up his rent more (you need the money anyway) and if it makes him leave, then you've killed 2 birds with one stone because you need the space too.

I'd be super upset. I don't think I could let anyone live with me it's hard enough with your own family some days.

My brother does the same thing!!!!!!! But, at least he doesn't live with me. Next time, just say they're my kids I'll tell them what thay can and can not do.

I would definitely speak up each and every time he did it. It may stop the behaviour. It may anger him so much he'll leave. Either way it'll stop. I would also raise the rent.
