I am having issues with my Baby Sprinkle too. My sister in law just called last night to tell DH that she hadn't invited any of my family members because she assumed that I would have told them.
I didn't tell any of them and it is this weekend, so I don't feel right calling them all

I also know that their feelings will be hurt when they find out they weren't invited... ohh well

Sorry to hijack.... but yes RSVPing is so important. We had about 60 people that showed up to our wedding and hadn't RSVP'd. Thank God I hadn't done place cards!

I hate that people don't think they have to RSVP anymore!

I would invite them. I would call them & explain that your SIL thought you'd sent the invites and you thought she had.

Why would you have to do any of the inviting for a party in your own honor??!!!

I always RSVP -- I hate people who don't -- I consider it a serious personality flaw.
I don't know how Jaedrea's family is, but my family is very informal. It would be normal for me to just call my family to tell them about an event...or probably I'd call my mom & she'd call who she wanted and so on.

But I agree that people who don't RSVP have a serious personality flaw - NO manners!
